Clement Ho

Clement Ho has a range of project management experience, working in various roles over the years. Clement started their career in the Singapore Armed Forces as an Army Officer from November 2007 to January 2010. Following that, they worked at Konecranes as a Regional Project Lead from December 2012 to September 2014, where they were responsible for the financial performance and delivery management of projects. Clement then became a Senior Regional Project Lead from September 2014 to July 2016, taking on additional responsibilities such as overseeing a company-wide SAP implementation team and resource management. From July 2016 to September 2017, they served as a Project Team Lead at Konecranes, handling regional project management and department financial forecasts.

In 2017, Clement joined Wärtsilä as a Project Manager, overseeing regional project management in the APAC region. Clement'sresponsibilities included managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Clement worked there until April 2019.

Since 2019, Clement has been with SWAT Mobility, where they have held various roles. Clement started as a Project Manager, contributing to the development of next-generation urban mobility solutions. From September 2020 to January 2021, they served as the Head of Project Management Office (PMO) and Operations. In January 2021, they were promoted to the role of Head of Solution Delivery & Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development, a role they have been in since February 2023.

Throughout their career, Clement has demonstrated expertise in project management, delivering successful outcomes and financial performance for various organizations.

Clement Ho holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng, Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Clement also obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. In addition to their formal education, Clement Ho has acquired various certifications including Incoterms 2010 from Singapore Business Federation, Project Management Finance/Legal Training (Internal) from Konecranes, Working at Heights Certification for Accessors (Safety) from Kb Access, Bizsafe Level 2 Risk Assessment from Workforce Singapore, Basic Construction Safety For Supervisors Certification (BCSS) from EVERSAFE CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED, Microsoft Project Certification from Intellisoft Systems, Working at Heights Certification for Supervisor (Safety) from K2 SPECIALISED SERVICES, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from Project Management Institute.
