Pavan Agarwal

Pavan Agarwal is an accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Swatch Group since October 2015, Pavan has directed GST integration and led bi-lateral tax negotiations between India and Switzerland. Prior to this role, Pavan was the General Manager of Finance at McCain Foods India, where responsibilities included establishing the financial planning division and securing a significant $20M investment for a manufacturing facility. Earlier in Pavan's career, a position as Finance Executive at Henkel Spic India Limited involved managing logistics and ensuring tax compliance. Pavan holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.COM (H) degree from Delhi University.
