Olivia Fleming

Olivia Fleming is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in fashion and editorial management. Currently, Olivia serves as a Partner and Head of Content at The Helm since January 2020 and holds the position of Board Observer at Sway starting January 2024. Previously, Olivia was the Features Director and Features Editor at Harper's Bazaar from January 2016 to January 2020, and Executive Fashion Editor at Village Voice from June 2015 to January 2016. As a freelance writer and editor from March 2012 to January 2016, Olivia contributed to prestigious publications such as Vogue, Elle, and Interview Magazine, while also serving as Editor at Large of The Unlimited magazine. Early career experiences include positions at Bauer Media Group across Australia, the USA, and New Zealand from 2007 to 2011. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Communications in Journalism from Auckland University of Technology, earned between 2005 and 2008, alongside a secondary education from Epsom Girls’ Grammar.
