Valentina Baraldi

Valentina Baraldi is currently the Director of Growth and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Swayable, where they leverage their extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and project management. With an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a certification from Harvard Business School Online, they previously held roles at McKinsey & Company, Deutsch, and Droga5, enhancing their expertise in business development and marketing. Valentina also co-founded Ritual Hot Yoga, where they managed all marketing efforts and taught classes. Valentina's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, where they continue their studies.
