Angela Murphy

Angela Murphy is a seasoned professional in event production and marketing communications, currently serving as a Senior Event Producer at SwayTech since July 2022, where Angela specializes in creating impactful experiences for high-profile events like the NZ Hi-Tech Awards. Prior to this role, Angela held significant positions at Tui Tuia | Learning Circle, including Marketing & Communications Lead and Programme Coordinator, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing strategies and project management for educational development. Angela's extensive career also encompasses roles as Conference Manager at The University of Auckland and Marketing Event & Digital Specialist at the News Publishers' Association, along with a long tenure at IBM in various marketing and event management capacities.
