Alexander Schmidt

Alexander Schmidt is the Leiter HR Development at swb AG, where they currently oversee the competence center for development. Previously, Alexander worked as a senior consultant at SHL and as an HR consultant from 2003 to 2005. They have also held the position of Referent Personalentwicklung at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG, while early in their career, they completed internships and worked as a student assistant at SHL.
