Marcel Krämer

Marcel Krämer has extensive experience in the energy sector, holding various leadership positions across multiple companies. At swb Erzeugung AG & Co. KG, Marcel served as Assistant to the Management and later as Project Manager, focusing on future developments in power and heat supply at a coal power plant site. As General Manager at Gemeinschaftskraftwerk Bremen GmbH & Co. KG from June 2020 to September 2023, Marcel led operational initiatives. Marcel’s roles at swb included membership on the executive board of swb Services AG & Co. KG, Head of Corporate Development at swb AG, and executive responsibilities in waste management and controllership. Prior experience includes the position of Managing Director at ForWind, where Marcel was involved in research and education in wind energy.
