Bryan Wheeler

Bryan Wheeler is an experienced underwriter with a robust background in various loan programs, including Fannie/Freddie, VA, USDA, FHA, and Jumbo loans. Currently serving as Underwriter IV at SWBC since July 2015, Bryan has honed skills in managing complex underwriting scenarios. Prior roles include Underwriting Assistant Manager at Colonial National Mortgage, Operations Manager and Underwriting Manager at Oak Mortgage Group, and underwriter positions at NexBank and Flagstar Bank, where Bryan developed proficiency in government and conventional loans. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Michigan State University, completed in 2007.
