Cecilia Martinez

Cecilia Martinez has an extensive career in management, spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Control at SWBC since July 2006, Cecilia has designed and executed a risk-based auditing strategy while creating standard audit tools and documentation. Previously, from 1999 to 2005, Cecilia held a managerial role at Sirius Computer Solutions, overseeing consulting support, human resources, and training, with responsibilities in customer contract negotiations and resource coordination. Earlier in her career, Cecilia managed total service department operations at HE Butt Grocery Co from 1975 to 1997, where duties included fiscal management, personnel oversight, and service performance maintenance. Cecilia holds a degree from St. Mary's University, earned between 1977 and 1980.
