David Walts

David Walts is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology, operations, and quality improvement across the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at SWBC since January 2015, David leads various operational support functions including business systems analysis, process reengineering, and quality control. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at QBE FIRST, where responsibilities spanned quality assurance, continuous improvement, and offshore operations management. David has a proven track record in implementing strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive cost savings, as demonstrated during tenure at Balboa Insurance Group and Washington Mutual. David holds an MBA from the University of Maine and a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
