James Lampkins has extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Lampkins began career as a Server at Luby's Inc. from August 2006 to August 2012, before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2012. From October 2012 to December 2018, Lampkins worked as a Level 2 e-Service Specialist at Harland Clarke. Following this role, Lampkins joined SWBC as a Jr. Application Developer in July 2019, transitioning to the role of Application Developer in February 2021, where current responsibilities continue.
