With over 20 years of management experience in the Financial Services sector, Janet has worked across various contact center business units, including sales and customer service. They have also held leadership roles at Key Bank, Citigroup/The Associates, Infocision Management Corporation, and Bank of America, demonstrating a unique blend of expertise in both information technology and business. Janet earned their degree from the University of Phoenix between 2003 and 2006.
