John Hicks

John Hicks is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in project and service management. Currently serving as AVP of Project and Service Management at SWBC since April 2011, John oversees the IT Project Management function and leads a team of IT Project Managers. Prior to this role, John held positions such as Sr. Project Manager, Programs Manager at Covenant Care, Corp., and Director of Information Technology at Brownsville Ministries, where significant operational improvements were achieved. John’s career began in retail sales and technical support, transitioning through various IT roles while accumulating expertise in managing large-scale projects and programs. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of West Florida.
