Josh Baldwin

Josh Baldwin is an accomplished AVP of Application Development at SWBC, where responsibilities include supporting in-house applications using COBOL, CL, and SQL on the iSeries, as well as modernizing legacy applications through a web interface with Java, JavaScript, J2EE, Ajax, HTML, XML, JSP, SQL, Jython, and ANT in a SOA framework for HATS applications deployed on WebSphere ND. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at Washington Mutual, Inc. Baldwin holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from Texas State Technical College, earned between 2000 and 2001.
