Keith Weekley, PhD, has extensive experience in application development and management within the accounting sector, primarily at SWBC since December 2000. As Director of Applications Development, Keith leads a team of RPG Programmers focused on maintaining and enhancing the Accounting System. Previous roles at SWBC include IT Manager and Senior Systems Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed developing both the Accounting System and the Benefit Enrollment System. Prior to SWBC, Keith worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Billing Concepts Corporation and Southwest Business Corporation, contributing to the analysis, development, and conversion of various billing and accounting systems.
