Kathy Morris has extensive experience in training and development within the contact center environment, currently serving as a Contact Center Training & Development Specialist at SWBC since January 2010, following a role as Supervisor in the LPO department. Prior to this, Kathy spent over a decade at Redcats USA from May 1999 to December 2009, where responsibilities included supervising the Training Department and Sales.
