Robert Martin

Robert Martin, CISSP, CEH, CSA, is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in cloud and application security. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud & Application Security Analyst at SWBC since January 2018, Robert has successfully streamlined the Third-Party Risk Management Program and established standards for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Secrets Manager. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles in the US Army from May 2003 to December 2017, including Cyber Defense Manager, where responsibilities included advising senior executives on cyber capabilities for a diverse team and overseeing the integration of Cyber Protection Team assets globally. Robert also has a strong background in information systems management, contributing to establishing information sharing portals and comprehensive cybersecurity protocols that maintained high availability of critical assets. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and a Master of Science in Cyber Security Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Pierce College.
