Ryan Ellis

Ryan Ellis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance training and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Performance and Training Consultant at SWBC since September 2022, Ryan previously co-owned The Ellis Company, where strategic project management and rapid problem-solving skills led to a successful business launch during the pandemic. Prior roles include Mortgage Loan Officer at loanDepot, where outstanding sales performance was achieved, and Learning and Performance Facilitator at Lyft, where Ryan played a key role in transitioning training programs to a virtual format during COVID-19. Ryan’s career also includes significant contributions to Equian as a Training and Talent Development Specialist, overseeing recruitment and training processes amidst company expansions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Religious Studies from Western Kentucky University.
