Steven Strawn has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at SWBC since April 2013. Steven has played a key role in the implementation and continuous improvement of Workday HCM and Recruiting processes. Previous positions include Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Scooter Store, where innovative power mobility solutions were provided to assist seniors and disabled individuals, and Employment Manager at CVS Caremark Corporation, the largest pharmacy health care provider in the U.S. Steven's career also includes various recruiting roles at Dell, Act-1, ATR International, and Computer Task Group. Steven graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from St. Edward's University in 1994.
