Maher Almadani

Maher Almadani is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Saudi Water Authority since April 2021, where responsibilities include formulating and executing the Learning and Development Strategy and updating L&D policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Maher held positions at Zain KSA, including Senior Learning & Development Officer, Training Analyst, and Talent Development Specialist, focusing on staff talent development and training programs aligned with organizational objectives. Maher’s career began at Zonik in various roles, culminating as Area Supervisor.
