Giltay Xavier

Giltay Xavier has extensive experience in project management, sales analysis, and environmental strategy, with a career spanning from 1997 to the present. Initial work at Heurbel involved business development aimed at increasing brand recognition among major European stakeholders. Giltay Xavier progressed through various roles, including project manager and sales analyst at GOSSEDIS, where responsibilities included ERP implementation, and later as marketing and ICT manager at Métal Déployé Belge. At SWDE, roles included Attaché de Direction, Category Manager for Purchasing, and currently, Directeur Environnement, overseeing the organization's environmental strategy. Educational qualifications include a degree in financial analysis from HEC-ULg and a licencié in commercial sciences and international management from HEC Liège, alongside ongoing studies in change management.
