Lars Andre Randen

Lars Andre Randen has a solid background in construction and project management, beginning as a Tømrerlærling and Tømrer at Rudi og Skogum Bygg A/S from June 2005 to May 2007. Randen further developed expertise at AF Gruppen from January 2017 to September 2019, serving as Innkjøpsleder and byggeleder on significant infrastructure projects including the E18 Arendal-Tvedestrand and E39 Kristiansand-Mandal. Randen's experience includes roles such as Deputy Production Manager and Project Engineer on the Nyhamna Expansion Project. Currently, Randen is employed at Sweco as a Byggeleder, overseeing the K10 Skøyen station project and serving as Teknisk byggeleder on the K2D tunnel project.
