Lea Taggaard

Lea Taggaard is currently the Head of Software in the Digital Operations & Management division at Sweco Danmark A/S, where they focus on delivering both standard and customized IT solutions that meet unique customer needs. Throughout their career, Lea has worked in various roles in IT development, including as a sales manager, product owner, project manager, and consultant, emphasizing collaboration with clients to create effective software products. They previously held positions at Geokon and Kolding Kommune, where they developed expertise in business strategy, project management, and communication. Lea holds a Master’s degree in Geology from Aarhus University.
