Kees Baake is a Software Engineer and Web Application Developer at Sweco, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Kees completed an internship in Spatiotemporal Analysis Automation at Sweco Nederland, focusing on asset data monitoring integration with GeoWeb. Kees also interned with JESE Uganda in 2015, contributing to the Forest Governance Project by conducting an inventory of obstacles faced by community members regarding Non-Timber Forest Products commercialization. Additionally, Kees served as an Instructor at PIOS Studiebegeleiding from 2008 to 2013, providing mathematics support and coordinating courses. Kees holds a Master’s Degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tropical Forestry and Nature Conservation from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences. Kees began a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics at Utrecht University but did not complete it.
