Katrin Ild is the Head of Distribution Excellence at Swedbank, having held various leadership roles within the company since 2022. Previously, Katrin managed product development and strategies for the Baltics division and oversaw non-life insurance product portfolios in Sweden. Their experience also includes serving as the Head of Legal and Head of Cable-TV Content at Starman AS, where they managed legal matters and programming strategies. Additionally, Katrin contributed as a board member of the Baltic Financial Advisors Association from 2020 to 2023.
