David Knapp

David Knapp has a strong background in business development and sales within the food and drink industry. David worked as the Senior Director of Business Development for SweeGen, a company that produces non-caloric, non-GMO sweeteners. Prior to that, they held a sales role at Klass Ingredients, Inc from 2015 to 2018. David also served as the Canadian Sales Manager at Roquette America Inc. for six years and as a Key Account Manager at Kerry for five years.

David Knapp attended Wilfrid Laurier University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
