Léna Ringwald has worked in a variety of roles in the fields of sales engineering, customer support, operations, project management, supply chain quality analysis, entrepreneurship, event organization, and fairtrade communication. In 2022, they began their current role as a Sales Engineer at Sweep. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Rippling as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and Customer Support Associate. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Head of Operations for the Alliance for Inclusive Artificial Intelligence (AIAI) initiative at the Fisher Center for Business Analytics - UC Berkeley. In 2018, they worked at Natixis Payments as a Project Management for S-Money, a new electronic payment solution developed by BPCE. Léna also worked at Amazon as a Supply Chain Quality Analyst in 2018. In the same year, they participated in a 3-day program to be an entrepreneur by Michel et Augustin. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Member of the Event and Canvassing Hubs at Open Up EDHEC. During the summer of 2017, they were an Intern in the Engagement Team at Crossroads Foundation in Hong Kong. Finally, in 2016, they worked at Max Havelaar France in Fairtrade Communication.
Léna Ringwald began their educational journey in 2013 at Lycée Saint Louis, where they obtained their CPGE ECS degree in 2015. Léna then attended Prépa Commercia for one year, also obtaining their CPGE ECS degree. In 2016, they began their Master in Management at EDHEC Business School, which they completed in 2020. During their studies, they also completed a Master's degree in Business International at SKK GSB Sungkyunkwan University in 2018. Finally, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in July 2020 from the Alliance for Inclusive Artificial Intelligence for The Keys to Impactful and Sustainable Analytics.
