Rosangela Vecchio

Rosangela Vecchio has been working in the talent acquisition and recruitment field since 2012. Rosangela began their career at Dell, where they held the role of Communication Analyst and Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for the full recruitment cycle of Cadres & ETAM in the EMEA market. In 2014, they moved to Inter - Conseil TRAVECO, where they worked as an Assistante d'Agence. In 2015, they joined Giraudier Conseil, where they held the role of Consultante RH. Here, they were responsible for analyzing and validating recruitment needs, sourcing direct on internal and external supports, and piloting interviews. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Sweep as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they help businesses track and act on their carbon so they can become forever companies.

Rosangela Vecchio completed a Master's degree in Management des organisations et entreprenariat from IDRAC in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III in 2012. Rosangela also attended Università della Calabria, though it is unclear if they completed any degree there.
