Frances Spark is an experienced financial executive and board member with a robust background in real estate investment trusts, customer analytics, and financial consulting. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member at AGNC Investment Corp. and a Board Advisor and Investor at Sweet Analytics, Frances previously held key roles such as Board Member at Reverse Mortgage Investment Trust and Chief Financial Officer of CYS Investments Inc. Over the years, Frances has founded Spark Consulting LLC, where strategic advisory and interim CFO services were provided to various companies, in addition to serving as CFO and Investment Professional at MVC Capital and managing finance for The Beacon Group.
