Roni Cohen

Roni Cohen is an experienced professional in operations management and human resources, currently serving as the Executive Operations Manager at Sweet Security since September 2025. Prior to this role, Roni held multiple positions at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd from November 2021 to September 2025, including Employee Services Team Leader and Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer. Roni's career began in the Israel Defense Forces, working as a Personal Assistant to the Head of the Joint Cyber Defense Division during reserve duty in 2021. Roni also accumulated significant experience at the Israel Airports Authority from January 2013 to November 2021, where roles included Training and Development Specialist and Security Team Leader.
