Martin Rogers has a strong background in IT and management. Martin started their career in the Royal Corps of Signals, where they served as a Communication Systems Engineer and worked their way up to the rank of Corporal. During their time in the military, they were responsible for managing day-to-day operations, training arrangements, and deployment planning.
After leaving the military, Martin joined Actavo as the IT Operations Lead. In this role, they managed IT operations for two divisions, overseeing multiple sites and a large number of employees across the UK, ROI, and international markets.
Following their time at Actavo, Martin worked at Euramax Solutions Limited, a leading manufacturer in the UK. Martin initially served as the Head of IT, managing the day-to-day IT operations for the UK factory site. Martin was also involved in selecting and implementing a business-wide ERP replacement system. Later, they were promoted to the role of Innovation & IT Director, where they were responsible for managing IT operations, developing new products and services, and overseeing IT and technical engineers, systems, infrastructure, and budget.
Most recently, Martin joined Sweet Squared as the Director of IT, where they are currently employed.
