Kate McGraw is an internationally recognized and multi-award-winning bartender turned Brand Ambassador, having worked and been featured in publications in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, and New York. From 2017 to 2024, Kate was recognized as one of the most influential Australian bar personalities. Currently, Kate heads the Diageo Advocacy team in Australia, where they are responsible for strategic development, brand building, and leading a nationwide team. Previously, Kate served as the Head of Advocacy for Diageo Australia and held various roles in the hospitality industry, including Group Bars Manager and Venue Manager. Kate earned a Bachelor of Communications (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
