Nicolas Mindel

Nicolas Mindel serves as an Advisor and Partner at Amberstone since September 2019, focusing on investments in breakthrough food, beverage, and consumer companies. Additional roles include being a Board Member at JuneShine, an Investor in several companies such as Naadam, Sweetfin, nutpods, and Rumpl, as well as Co-Founder and Partner at Trail Post Ventures, which aims to innovate the start-up capital model. Nicolas Mindel previously held the position of Investment Banking Associate at Piper Jaffray and has an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, where an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science was also attained.
