Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a focus on healthful dining and community support. As President and Co-Founder of Sweetfin since March 2015, Seth has driven the establishment of a California-inspired poke concept that emphasizes the use of local produce and sustainable ingredients. Additionally, Seth serves on the Customer Advisory Board for Thanx and is a member of the Board of Directors for Groceryships, an organization aimed at supporting marginalized communities. Prior experience includes a partnership at Cohen Financial Group, where Seth evaluated credit profiles for loans, and a marketing coordinator role at Live Nation, managing national marketing initiatives. Seth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and has also studied at Copenhagen Business School.
