Andrei Hedstrom

Andrei Hedstrom is the co-founder, president, and CEO of SweetRush Inc. Andrei has over 25 years of experience in the fields of marketing, sales, training, and quality assurance.

Andrei started their professional career in 1995 as the Director of Training and Quality Assurance for Vantage Place Inc. In this role, they were responsible for conducting all general training for new staff, CPR and First Aid certification for staff, and working with the Asst. Director on quality assurance and the national certification process for the agency.

In 1999, Andrei left Vantage Place to become a Marketing Writer for Navajo Company. In this role, they developed white papers and case studies for IBM. Andrei also conducted IBM client and consultant interviews around topics such as IBM Global Services, DB2, Websphere, etc.

In 2001, Andrei left Navajo Company to become the Director of Marketing for XAOS Inc. In this role, they worked with the CEO to develop marketing strategy and engaged in sales activities.

In 2002, Andrei left XAOS Inc. to start SweetRush Inc., where they currently serve as the co-founder, president, and CEO. SweetRush Inc. is a leading provider of training, eLearning development, and change management solutions.

Andrei has also been active in several other roles outside of their professional career. Andrei served as the Student Body President for Concordia University Irvine from 1993 to 1994. Andrei is also a self-employed painter and a life-long gamer.

Andrei Hedstrom's educational career includes earning a Master of Science in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland, a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Concordia University Irvine, and completing basic training and AIT in the military at Fort Bliss Basic and AIT.
