Sweetwater’s Founder, Ronald C. Witt, Sr. (1944 - 2017), was a retired Commanding Officer and Captain with the United States Naval Reserve.  He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, and served for 27 years on active duty and in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
