Fredrik Söderberg

Fredrik Söderberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Fredrik started their career at Stifab Farex AB in 1997 as a Redovisningschef (Accounting Manager) and worked there until 2003. Fredrik then joined Lidan Marine AB as an Ekonomichef (Financial Manager) from 2003 to 2004. After that, they worked at PM-LUFT AB as an Ekonomichef for a brief period in 2004. In 2005, Fredrik joined Swegon AB where they held various roles, including Group Finance Director from 2016 to 2016 and Ekonomichef from 2005 to 2015. Finally, in 2017, they transitioned to Swegon Group AB, where they currently hold the position of Compensation & Benefits Director since February 2020.

Fredrik Söderberg obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Redovisning from the University of Skövde in the period of 1995-1996. Prior to that, they studied Redovisning at Linköping University from 1992 to 1995, but did not earn a degree from there.
