Swell Recruit is a boutique executive search and strategic recruiting firm specializing in finance and accounting leadership for growth-stage and venture-backed companies.

We partner with founders, CEOs, and operating leaders to build high-performing teams in environments where hiring decisions directly impact scale, capital efficiency, and long-term enterprise value.

Our core focus is finance leadership placement, including CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, Tax Directors, and partner-track CPAs across fintech, CPA firms, and high-growth operating companies.

In addition to executive search, we support startups (Seed through Series D) and emerging companies with targeted hiring across:

• Accounting & Finance
• Compliance & Risk
• Engineering & Data
• Specialty Finance
• Operations & Revenue

We operate nationally, with strong networks in key U.S. growth markets.

Swell Recruit is engaged when hiring is strategic, confidential, or requires direct market access beyond active applicants.
