Beau Barger

Beau Barger is an accomplished Quality professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at SWEMCO since September 2023, Beau previously held the position of Quality Control and Systems Manager at Purolite Corporation from January 2022 to September 2023. Earlier roles include Quality Manager at Silgan Plastics and Concept Group LLC, where Beau implemented significant improvements in quality processes and led teams in quality assurance activities. Experience also includes positions at Holtec International, Lockheed Martin, and Element Materials Technology, where Beau focused on quality control, project management, and compliance with industry standards. Beau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences from Rowan University.
