Chuck Lynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business development. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at SWENSON since December 2023, Chuck previously held the position of Project Manager at ADVNC Air Technologies from January 2015 to December 2023, focusing on project management and business growth. Before that, Chuck worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at the California Department of Real Estate from July 2004 to August 2016, specializing in residential real estate sales. Additionally, Chuck was an Account Executive at Comfort Systems USA Southwest/CM Service, Inc. from October 2013 to January 2015, where responsibilities included fostering business relationships to generate new clientele.
