Crystal Swift

Crystal Swift serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Dealer and Retail at Springs Window Fashions, leading sales growth and market expansion in the Northeast Sales Consumer Business Unit since January 2024. Prior to this role, Crystal spent 17 years at Varsity Spirit, where promotions included Regional Sales Manager of the Northeast Region, focusing on year-over-year sales growth and customer retention, alongside experience as a Territory Sales Representative. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Penn State University, a Master of Education in Business Teacher Education from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg, and a Doctor of Business Education with a focus on Leadership from Walden University.
