Jason E. Bingham is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Springs Window Fashions, overseeing all company operations since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jason served as President of Residential HVAC and Supply at Trane Technologies from October 2017 to December 2023, managing significant operations and a large workforce. Jason's earlier positions at Ingersoll Rand included President, Vice President of Energy Services and Controls, and Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, where contributions to business growth and customer satisfaction were notable. Jason began his career at Trane as a District Manager, responsible for a substantial P&L. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
