Stephanie Haack

Stephanie Haack, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Springs Window Fashions. They possess extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, having previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager and Manager of HR Business Partner. Stephanie began their HR journey with internships at Merchants Bank NA and Nesnah Ventures, where they developed essential skills in recruitment and employee relations. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and are pursuing a Master’s in Business Management at Marquette University.
