Product Development

Product Development is currently the PDO at SW Global. They were previously the Director of Technology at OrderMatic Corporation from November 2015 to December 2018. There, they helped the CEO turnaround profit performance, customer relationships and culture. This included restructuring technology and manufacturing systems, turning around a legacy business model and product development pipeline, and reversing declining revenues. They reported directly to the CEO.

During their time at OrderMatic Corporation, they oversaw the development of 20+ electronics and software products for 15 clients, including SONIC, Pizza Hut, Subway and Braum's across thousands of locations in the US and abroad. They also modernized 10 existing products and reorganizing supply chain, averaging a 65% reduction in COGS. In addition, they increased capacity 60% by redesigning operational workflows and cross training call center employees in electronic assembly—improving product knowledge, and reducing escalations. Finally, they implemented changes in culture, pay disparity and communication—dramatically improving employee satisfaction and efficiency.

Prior to OrderMatic Corporation, Product Development worked as a Senior Software Architect, R & D at Harris Computer Systems from May 2006 to September 2015.

The educational career for Product Development would be as follows:

-A person would first obtain a BSc in Physics from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.

-They would then go on to study Computer Science and Physics at Ithaca College.

They are on a team with Security & ID - S&ID, Software Development - SSD, and Solution Architect - SAE. Their manager is Chief Technology Officer, CTO. Some direct reports include Business Analysts - BA, Quality Assurance - QA.
