SWI Excavating isn’t just an earthwork or utility contractor. We’re committed to building the foundations that help communities grow stronger, healthier, and more connected. Our mission is rooted in improving quality of life by delivering precise, dependable excavation, earthwork, and underground utility services across Colorado.

Our success is built on relationships — with our clients, partners, vendors, and each other. We believe collaboration is key to every project, from planning and execution to delivering results that stand the test of time. Internally, we foster a culture of respect, communication, and teamwork, ensuring everyone shares the same vision and values.

At SWI, we embrace innovation. Our crews use advanced technology like GPS-guided equipment and survey drones to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and safety on every job site. We take pride in combining traditional know-how with modern tools to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

But what truly sets us apart is our people. Our team members are passionate about what they do and take genuine pride in seeing their work come to life — from the ground down. We’re driven by a shared commitment to hard work, integrity, and excellence in every detail.

If you’re looking for a partner who cares about your project as much as you do, or you’re seeking a career with a company that values its people like family, SWI Excavating is ready to dig in.
