How can you let out your property with complete peace of mind — especially if it’s been your own home, and you’re moving to the other side of the world? At Swift Property, owners all the way from America to Zimbabwe have trusted us to let and manage their southwest London properties — and all our Google reviews are excellent.

We understand the worry of renting out the home you’ve done so much work on, and created so many memories in. We know what can go wrong, and how stressful, time-consuming and expensive it can be to deal with problems from far away.

Our founder, Daniel Lees, has written The Accidental Landlord, an Amazon bestselling guide to successfully letting your home amid Brexit jitters, tax changes and 140-plus landlord laws. He has been featured in The Sunday Times, BBC Radio 4 and TalkRadio.

Since 2010, Swift’s team has ensured peace of mind for London property owners living on five continents — freeing them up to focus fully on their new jobs and lives. Some 95% of our clients chose us based on recommendations.

If you are moving up in the world, we can help with as much or as little as you like:
