Adam Bealey

Adam Bealey currently serves as the Head of UK & Ireland and Head of Business Development at Swift since August 2020, also holding the position of Commercial Manager for the UK and Ireland. Additionally, as a Board Member of the UK Finance Payments Product & Service Board, Adam represents the Swift community and Financial Market Infrastructures. Prior experience includes nearly 16 years at Barclays, where Adam held several director-level positions, including leadership roles in the Brexit Programme and Structural Reform Programme, focusing on developing client strategies and operating models for Corporate Banking. Adam holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, completed in 2019.
