Ben Marshall

Ben Marshall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cash management and product development within the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Product Expert on the Business Innovation team at SWIFT since July 2020, Ben previously held the position of Associate Director at Mizuho Financial Group, where responsibilities included rolling out the Host 2 Host Banking channel for the EMEA region and supporting the development of Open Banking APIs. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, focusing on product development and customer onboarding for cash concentration solutions, and as Senior Technical Integration Manager at HSBC, responsible for electronic banking products and client support in the UK and Europe. Ben holds a BA Honours in Business Studies from the University of Westminster and is a graduate of Colston's School.
