Chariz Dulawan has extensive experience in technology and operations, having held various leadership positions at Swift since February 2009, including Technology and Architecture Governance, Enterprise Cloud Adoption Lead, and Global Head of Operations/Support Readiness and Services. Chariz manages a team responsible for ensuring the availability of SwiftNet services and has engaged in diverse roles related to quality, Lean methodology, and change management. Prior experience includes a position as an Oracle Developer for the National Economic and Development Authority, Computer Professionals Inc., and the Development Bank of the Philippines, contributing to the development of information systems and databases. Chariz holds a Master's degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Twente and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the East.
