Christophe Lambin

Christophe Lambin has a wide range of work experience in the technology industry. Christophe began their career as a Developer at Radar Automation in 1993, before moving on to work as a Consultant at Cap Volmac from 1994 to 1996. Christophe then joined SWIFT in 1996 and held various positions including Development Manager and Head of Business Applications - Project Definition. From 2013 to 2016, they led the Business Application Project Definition and Qualification Testing teams at SWIFT. Christophe later served as the Project Portfolio Manager - Applications Portfolio and then as the Head of IT-PMO. Most recently, they worked as the Engineering Lead Tooling Services, where they managed and aligned the Chapters within the organisation.

Christophe Lambin obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 1992. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on micro-electronics at HOGENT from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP) - Level 1 from OKR International and Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2019 respectively.
